Pozo has more dynamic action to offer visually I think for your average punter than a normal day at Ho’okipa with float and ride conditions. Punters want to see huge jumps! We are talking 3.0m and 3.3m conditions when it’s full power Gran Canaria; the guys are a little bit out of control and the action is insane! I watch windsurfing 24/7 for 365 days a year and I am still amazed at what they do in Pozo, it was mind blowing. As soon as it drops to 4.0m weather in Pozo it is a bit more normal, but when you put Koester, Ricardo and Brawzinho on 3.3m sails, something changes. They are on the edge of control and something magical happens.
Punters want to see huge jumps!
