Ali Baba, Ponta Preta and all the peaks in between basically lined up for a smorgasbord of sailing that allowed for uncluttered carving of pure drawn out lines. The feeling of bottom turning on a glassy wall and looking a few stories up at a pitching lip has yet to be matched in the different life adventures that I’ve been blessed to pursue. I also had a great personal turning point, as it’s been a long time since I’ve ridden any waves like that, but I showed myself that I still get as much thrill as day one, which seems a lifetime ago and knowing that CV is just a forecast and plane ride away, has got my motors fully up and running to stay in the surf for the rest of my life!”
